WE NOW HAVE 2 WAYS TO BE A MEMBER OF ARMHA-NJ

1. Active Membership
An Active Member actively participates in one of our committees or projects, and has the interest, dedication and motivation to help make our vision a reality. Active members receive monthly newsletters and invitations to social events for members that we may host throughout the year. Active members are welcome to attend board meetings, and may vote in ARMHA-NJ elections and run for Board positions.

​Full Active Membership Fee: $55
Student Active Membership Fee: $20

2. Patron Membership
A Patron Member financially supports our mission but is not able to commit to an Active Membership at this time.  Patron members are kept informed of our projects and activities via monthly newsletters and receive invitations to any social events for members we may host throughout the year.  Patron members DO NOT attend Board meetings, vote in ARMHA-NJ elections or run for Board positions.  You may switch to Active Membership at any time by contacting our membership committee.

Patron Membership Fee: $55

Request a Fee Reduction if you need a reduction in the fee, please click here 

treasurer@armha-nj.org to send a request to the co-treasurers BEFORE
completing your membership application. Once you have confirmed the reduced
fee in consultation with one of our treasurers, you may enter it in the “Other
Amount” option when you complete the application.

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

• Our Membership year runs from January 1 to December 31.  

• Full membership fee paid Aug 1 through October 31 of that membership year is prorated at $22.50.

• Those members signing up in November or December of that membership year will pay the full $55 but this will include those two months plus the entire next year.

• To become a member, please click the link of your membership choice below to go to our payment platform, “Givebutter”, which integrates dues payment with membership application questions. These include demographic questions, and for active membership, questions about which tasks or projects in which you have interest.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT COMPLETING PAYMENT:
Please note that below the amount you select, you will see a line that states “+ ___ processing fee” [the amount will be 2.9% of your donation + 30 cents]. By paying this fee charged by credit card processers, you make it possible for ARMHA to receive the full amount of your dues. We want you to know this is NOT required, and if you do not want to cover it, you click on the edit button next to it and uncheck the box “I want to cover fee”. You also have the option to pay by check and avoid those fees altogether. Similarly, in your checkout you are asked to give a donation to Givebutter, which helps it
continue to offer its services for free. Again, there is no obligation to donate, and if you do not want to, click the down arrow
